Community Mural - Winter Jazz Fest 2012

Celebrate the life and work of NEA Jazz Master Dizzy Gillespie by creating a mural with artist Bernard Williams. Dizzy Gillespie is the the focus of this year's Jazz Fest at the McAninch Arts Center at College of DuPage. Bring your whole family to participate in the creation of a large mural that showcases Gillespie's contribution to Jazz and will be shown durning Fest performances.

This winter, replace cabin fever with a dose of creative spirit. Join friends and neighbors for fun projects every Second Saturday of the month at the Elmhurst Art Museum. All ages welcome—and remember to bring your parent! 11:00 a.m.-Noon. Materials and instruction included. Suggested donation: $5.00.
