To Redeem your membership by Phone:
1. Call the Museum at (630) 834-0202 during Museum hours.
2. Any EAM staff member that answers the phone will be able to assist you.
3. We will process your membership and you should expect to see your membership cards within two weeks.
To redeem your membership by email:

2. Please use your Groupon redemption number as the subject line.
3. Please include the following in your email: Groupon number, name (as you like it to appear in our records), address, city, state, zip code, home phone, and email address.
4. We will process your membership and you should expect to see your membership cards within two weeks.
To redeem your membership in person:
1. Visit the Museum during Museum hours.
2. Speak to the visitor services coordinator at the front desk, be sure to provide them with your Groupon number.
3. You will be able to use your membership that day, but your membership cards will arrive within two weeks.
